Our Characteristics We identify the interested internal and external parties. We analyze the background in which the corporation, entity or project is taking place, as well as the expectations of the interested parties. We determine the sensitive areas of dialogue with the the interested parties and the topics of interest. We prioritize the needs in communication, the strategic messages, the opinion leaders, stakeholders, and the necessary tools in order to support our communication. We design, operate and evaluate the adopted communication strategies. We prepare the organisation and its spokesperson for the dialogue between parties, specially in conflict matters or situations. We monitor and evaluate the strategies implemented.
