A team of communicators, writers, translators and professional proofreaders will allow the effectiveness and ownership of your communications.
One of the keys that allows a message to reach a specific audience is its language: A pertinent, clearly and correctly written use of the language will be the best presentation card of the same.
In the case of the media in particular, there is so much information that comes to journalists from all possible sources (companies, entities, intermediary agencies) that the way this information is written becomes the first filter of the effectiveness of the deliveryof the message.
On the other hand, companies, NGOs or entities, have technical languages that are not easily understood by the rest of the public. This is how their documents, reports and presentations become a challenge impossible to face in the times that are often required for management, communication addresses or for the program advisors themselves.
Well written communications is a unit of this agency that aims to facilitate companies, entities, NGOs and if wanted, to the public relations agencies themselves, the proper delivery of the message through the correct handling of the language.
Dimensions of the consultancy
The consultancy has three dimensions:
- The creation of messages (in the case of key messages for example), which is more than a documentary development because it requires a strategic situation analysis that we can also do.
- The transformation of a technical language into a friendly language, of different aspects.
- The simple correction of a document or its translation.

General Manager of Comunicaciones Vivas. Social Communicator from University of the Sabana, with studies in High Management in the University of the Andes, graduated in Narrative from the Victims for Construction of Historical Memory.
She has an extensive career in journalism and corporate communications and marketing, as well as experience in crisis management. She was National Officer of Unicef in the Office for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as consultant of international organizations and companies oriented to social responsibility.
Academic Supervision: Maruja Vieira
Member of Number of the Colombian Academy of the Language and correspondent of Spain.
Journalist and Public Relations Expert. She has more than twelve books of poetry published and all the awards that a writer in Colombia has been able to obtain.
Head of Editors: Enrique Patiño Orozco
He was born in Santa Marta, Colombia. Enrique is a journalist and has served as editor of El Tiempo, Semana, Diners, Finantial Times Deutschland and the Colombian Ministry of Culture.
He won the Inter-American Press Association Award for Best Chronicle of the Americas and his Blog El Agua y la Sed (Water and Thirst) was selected among the best in Spanish at the Deutsche Welle Blog Awards.
Author of the novels "La Sed" (Thirst) and "Ni un Paso Atrás" (Not a step back) , today combines his exercise Literary with photography. He has been coordinator of projects publishers and press strategies for the Colombian Book Chamber and the International Book Fair, among others.
During 2016 he was associate consultant of Comunicaciones Vivas for the BA1 project, Prevention and Eradication of Violence Against Women in Central America.
Consultant in Communication for Development: Liliana Arias Salgado
Born in Bogota . Studied Social Communication at the University of La Sabana.
As a journalist specializing in social and environmental issues, she has an important professional career with various foundations, cooperation agencies and state entities, which has led her to work with communities throughout the country. Among the entities to which it has provided advice are the International Organization for Migration, Fundación Plan, Coldeportes and the United Nations Population Fund.
For Comunicaciones Vivas, she developed part of the social marketing awareness workshops for organizations such as KIDSAVE, among others. She is the author of several children's stories, among them the book Comienzos y Finales (Beginnings and Endings), published by Uranito in Argentina.
Editorial correction: Sonia Sánchez
Social Communicator with emphasis in Editorial Production of the Javeriana University and postgraduate studies in Management of Editorial Projects.
Her experience in writing and editing of academic documents (EAN and Javeriana University), journalistic (Institute of Political Science - ICP), commercial (RedUsers and Kiosk Studies abroad) and social reports (International Organization for Migration - IOM and Comunicaciones Vivas), have allowed her to identify an effective language for the written communication of different products.
She has a specialization in Migration and Interculturality of the Castilla La Mancha University, Spain, due to her high interest in the development of sustainable projects, corporate social responsibility and social marketing.
